All combo amp cabinets and speaker cabinets are hand built one at a time from tone woods appropriate to the design and size. Woods used are Pine, some great sounding Poplar and Baltic Birch plywood. Case and cabinet joinery uses no screws, nails or staples and the wood is finished rather than being covered in cloth which mutes the sound. These cabinets are rugged and even look and sound good after rough treatment.

Coming in 2008, The ESD AMPS Blue Line, three amps from 8 to 20 watts ready for the blues or rock or country or jazz or... right out of the box. From studio to small stage these amps will fit the bill for recording, practice or live performance.

I believe instruments need to look the part they play but out of respect for others who created the instruments they built in the '50s and '60s my apprach is not to clone instruments rather to pay tribute to their era with sound and looks.
